Create in me a clean heart Lord, one that is pure, uncontaminated, innocent and holy. Father, renew a right spirit within me. Rebuild it Lord, repair it. I need restoration. Fashion my spirit after Yours. I know I am made in Your image, conform me to Your ways and righteousness Father. Grant me a spirit of love and mercy, compassion and kindness. Give me a forgiving spirit Lord.
Don’t cast me from Your presence Father. If You are not there, I don’t want to go. Keep me safe under the shadow of Your wings Lord. Let Your eyes be upon me at all times. Your presence is all I need. Don’t take Your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me again the joy of Your salvation Father. Return me to my first love. Fire up my excitement and refuel my burning desire for You Lord. Forgive my complacency and set revival in my heart again. Remind me of how good You are and where You brought me from. Bring me into the depths of Your love Lord.
I pray You hold me up with Your willing Spirit Father, then I can show others Your love and teach sinners Your ways. Like me, they will repent and turn to You Lord.
