Children’s Covering
Father, I believe in Your Son Jesus Christ,
therefore my whole household will be saved. We are Your people and You
are our God, You give us one heart and one way, that we may fear You
forever, for our own good and the good of our children after us.
You have promised Your Spirit that is on us, and Your
Words that You have put in our mouths, will not depart from our mouths, or from
our children’s mouths, or grandchildren’s, from now and forevermore. You said to train up a child the way
he should go, and he will not depart from it. We have trained them up in Your powerful
Word, therefore I know they will not leave Your ways. My children are taught by
You Father, so great is their peace. They have heard You and learn from You,
therefore they know Your Son Jesus. They increase in wisdom and stature and find
favor with You, and also man. Since they have found favor with You Lord and You
are pleased with them, I know Your presence will be with them always. I know
You will not send them anywhere that You are not.
Because I
obey Your commands, You grant abundant
prosperity to my children You have great plans for them, plans of goodness and success
giving them a future and hope. They call on You, and You hear them. They seek
You with all their heart and they find You. You are pouring out Your Spirit upon
them, they hear Your voice and will prophesy, they will have visions from You. Lord, my children trust in You and don’t lean
on their own understanding. They acknowledge all Your ways therefore You make
their paths straight. They can ask and You will give, they knock and You will open
the door for them. My children are blessed by You because they don’t follow the
advice of the ungodly or take the path of sinners. They love You Father, they
delight in Your ways. You have planted them like trees by streams of waters, so
they yield good fruit and their leaves never wither, whatever they do prospers.
I praise You Lord, for I am blessed because I reverence You and I delight in
Your laws, therefore You say my children will be mighty in this land. You have
promised the generation of the righteous will be blessed, wealth and riches are
in our houses, and our righteousness will be forever. Thank You Father
for calling my children blessed.
